When will you be restocking your sold out shirts?

If there is a demand, we might restock a design but we can't promise when it will return. Please take advantage of pre-orders.


I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try our best to ship your order the same day you place it. Our processing period is typically 1-5 business days (within one business week). Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order. * Please Note -  Shipping updates through the tracking app are not always reliable at the current time.  We have no control of your package once it leaves our office and are not able to provide updates.


I paid extra for shipping. Why is shipment taking longer than promised?

We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind. Priority mail is the default mail service if your package exceeds 15 ounces -  it is not a promise for quicker delivery.  The number of days listed on the shipping page is an estimate given by the postal service indicating the approximate number of days it will take to arrive after the package leaves our office. This time quote is separate from our processing/handling period which can be up to one full business week.  


Do you offer express/overnight shipping?

We do not.


Why does my order say 'awaiting shipment' (or similar verbage) even though I've received a tracking number/shipping confirmation?

Most likely the postal service has picked up your package but has yet to scan it into the system. Check back a little later, please!


What is your pre-order policy?

Due to worldwide garment shortages, our pre-order period is now longer than it has been in the past.  We estimate your package will ship 3-5 weeks after the pre-order period ends, but this estimate is subject to change.

We will not be able to cancel your pre-order.  Please keep this in mind when placing time sensitive orders, such as gifts for a specific occasion.

All in-stock items ordered with your pre-order will ship when the entire package is ready for shipment.  If there is an urgent need for an in-stock item, please order on a separate transaction.


What is your return & exchange policy?

We are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We provide a tracking number with delivery confirmation with every purchase.  Should we receive a notification of a delay in transit, we will update you immediately.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or replacement order if the package is marked as delivered at your address. Please contact USPS to open a claim. 


What kind of quality can I expect?

Our designs are printed on 100% ring-spun cotton, Pre-shrunk.  4XL & 5XL is a heavyweight cotton tee. They are screen printed unless otherwise noted.


What T-shirt brand do you print on?

We primarily print on NEXT LEVEL (XS-3XL).  4XL & 5XL is a heavyweight cotton tee (Teestyled brand).  Kid's tees will be printed on Gildan Ultra Cotton.

What is the fit like?

Our tees are Unisex.  For sizes XS - 3XL, the fit is considered modern retail: more form-fitting than boxy.  If you are used to a traditional retail fit like Gildan or Alstyle and prefer your tees on the loose side,  we recommend sizing up.

    How should I wash my shirts?

    Ideally, you should wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang Dry.

    You can use a dryer, but we recommend the tumble dry setting on low heat. Our shirts are pre-shrunk but since they are 100% cotton, they will shrink a bit if you use high heat.
