When will you be restocking your sold out shirts?

We generally only do one print run for most styles. Please take advantage of pre-orders.

If we do restock, we will announce it first in our e-mail newsletter (sign up below).

 

I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?

If an error has been made during the order process, please contact our support team for correction.  Please send a message to support@gladracket.com

We can not cancel a pre-order item, even if it was ordered by mistake.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please be patient. We are a small business with a one person shipping team. We process all requests in the order we receive them. Due to the unique nature of our business, order processing time can be 1-6 business days. This does not include ship time, which is determined by USPS.

* Please Note -  Shipping updates through the tracking app are not always reliable at the current time.  We have no control of your package once it leaves our office and are not able to provide updates.

 

I paid extra for shipping. Why is shipment taking longer than promised?

We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind. Priority mail is the default mail service if your package exceeds 15 ounces -  it is not a promise for quicker delivery.  The number of shipping days listed on the checkout page is an estimate given by the postal service indicating the approximate number of days it will take to arrive after the package leaves our office. This time quote is separate from our processing/handling period which can be up to one full business week.  

 

Do you offer express/overnight shipping?

We do not.

 

Why does my order say 'awaiting shipment' (or similar verbage) even though I've received a tracking number/shipping confirmation?

Most likely the postal service has picked up your package but has yet to scan it into the system. Check back a little later, please!

 

What is your pre-order policy?

Due to worldwide garment shortages, our pre-order period is now longer than it has been in the past.  We estimate your package will ship 2-4 weeks after the pre-order period ends, but this estimate is subject to change.

We will not be able to cancel your pre-order.  Please keep this in mind when placing time sensitive orders, such as gifts for a specific occasion.

All in-stock items ordered with your pre-order will ship when the entire package is ready for shipment.  If there is an urgent need for an in-stock item, please order on a separate transaction.

 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Does your tracking status say DELIVERED?: Contact USPS to notify them of their error/open a claim. USPS is responsible for lost packages.

 

Does your tracking status say something else (ie: delay, in transit, label has been created, etc.)?:  Please contact us if this does not update after a few days.

Unfortunately, we can not cover stolen packages. 

 

What kind of quality can I expect?

Our designs are printed on 100% ring-spun cotton, Pre-shrunk.  5XL is a heavyweight cotton tee. They are screen printed unless otherwise noted.

 

What T-shirt brand do you print on?

Depends. The product listing should disclose the brand we'll be using for that particular run. We typically print on Comfort Colors, or Next Level, if it's a soft cotton tee.  5XL will be on a heavyweight tee like GILDAN.

 

What is the fit like?

Check the product listing to see what the tee you like is printed on.

 

Comfort Colors: Boxy, super comfy, lived-in vintage feel

Next Level: Slim fitting, ultra soft.

Hanes/Alstyle/Teestyled: Boxy, thicker material, standard t-shirt fit and softness.

 

How should I wash my shirts?

 

Wash Cold, Hang dry or use a low tumble dryer setting. Our shirts are pre-shrunk,  but 100% cotton will shrink a bit under high heat, so avoid that!
